For over 55 years, Community Action Head Start has provided free early childhood education and support services to some of our youngest neighbors and their families.
The work being done within Head Start today will determine our community's future. It cannot be done alone. Our children need your support.
Sponsor a classroom. Build the future.
Sponsor a Classroom for One Year - $1,500
Provides the supplies and resources teachers need to keep their classrooms stocked with everything needed to care for and support the developmental needs of young children. Your generous support will keep one baby, toddler, or preschool classroom supplied with just some of the following items for the year:
· Diapers, pull-ups, and wipes
· Baby bottles and formula
· Age-appropriate books for story time activities
· Bibs, blankets, crib sheets, and baby towels and washcloths
· Baby food (fruits and vegetables)
· CDs with soothing lullabies to play during nap time
· Educational toys
· Books, games, puzzles, and flashcards
· CDs with songs for music and movement activities
*A plaque will be placed outside of your classroom recognizing your contribution!
